The car is in my gerage now, I got it back from Phill 2 years ago. And i'v been working on it every chance I get. Those ford parts are frigin pricey. I figure I got somewhere close on 2500 into just the front end. This thing is killing me. I still need to spend a shit load to get it to paint, and it needs a motor. Plus I am always finding better ideas so I keep changing things.
The front wheels are where they will be, but I think I need to get some spacers so my tires don't rub the headlights.same problem in the back.
If anyone wants to take the shell and do some body work for me, I'm open. I'll even pay for it.

Looks like they gave up. And it also appears they wer going for a heb coup look. They also seem to be using a beam extender, unlike mine which will run an early ford I-beam front end with a so-cal crossmember.
A lot of work left to do on that one.

Yikes!!! I just looked at the add, flipped beam is very dangerous, there are very few who have gotten it to work properly.

Well I got it channeled, it's now another 2 inches lower. I just need to mess with the doors a bit, and then weld in all the cuts.

I'll weld what I can in the next few days, then I'll take the body back off and start on the floors. I picked up a new set of pans yesterday.

I'm gona do a bit more welding then lift it off. I'm going to try and get a couple of wood horses built and put the shell up on that. It'll make welding everything a bit easier I think.
I'll let you know Scott, I may need a lift.
